FAQ

  • Please check to make sure you have access to wifi before the session. I also suggest doing a test to make sure the audio and video is working properly on your computer prior to your session. Please also remove any animals or distractions from the room where you will be having your session to ensure that there will be no interruptions and clear sound during the session. It can also help to have a list of questions prepared before the session to maximize your session time. 

  • Sessions are primarily done through video conferencing services. To make other arrangements for a session please contact via email or through the contact form.

  • You may request to cancel your face to face session up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. If you cancel your session later than 24 hours before your appointment is due to start you will be charged the full amount of the session.

  • I typically run on a 3-week delay for recorded readings (it can be longer based on volume). If you have not gotten an email from me yet, and it has been less than 2 weeks please wait to contact me. I record readings in batches. When your reading is in the upcoming batch, I will send you an email with your place in the recording order. I often send a preemptive email as well letting you know you will be in the batch following the one I’m currently recording. Once your reading has been uploaded or is in the process of uploading you'll receive an email from me with a link to my Google Drive. You will have 30 days to download your reading from upload. If you have any issues accessing your reading from the link provided via email, please email me immediately. For live readings you'll be provided a Google Meet link for the time slot you booked, please join the link invite at the time of your reading.
